Carlos Segura

Carlos Segura is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at Auberge Resorts Collection since December 2023. Before this role, Carlos was Executive Sous Chef and Chef De Cuisine at Montage International from March 2022 to December 2023. Previous positions include Chef Patrón at Tafer Hotels & Resorts from October 2018 to January 2022 and Chef De Cuisine at Cuna de Tierra from July 2016 to October 2018. Additionally, Carlos gained experience as a Stager at Chablé in March 2018 and as Chef at Rosewood San Miguel de Allende from 2014 to July 2016. Earlier in the culinary career, Carlos worked as Chef de Partie at RESTAURANTE QUINTONIL from May 2012 to May 2013 and as Cocinero at El Izote de Patricia Quintana from January 2010 to November 2010. Carlos graduated from Instituto Gastronómico Corbuse in 2011.
