Dave Elcon

Dave Elcon is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles within the luxury resort sector. Currently serving as General Manager at Auberge Resorts Collection since May 2019, Dave has previously held positions such as Complex Resort Manager at Meritage, Vista Collina, and Vino Bello Resorts and General Manager at Vista Collina Resort. Prior to those roles, Dave worked as Director of Operations at Bacara Resort & Spa and held multiple positions at Loews Hotels & Co, including Front Office Manager. Early in his career, Dave contributed to The Cliffs Resort as Rooms Executive. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a focus on hospitality from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
