Michael DeCanio possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Auberge Resorts Collection since July 2020, where responsibilities encompass hospitality and member services. Prior to this role, Michael held positions at Marriott International from 2016 to July 2020, including General Manager and Director of Operations. Michael's career also includes a decade at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where roles spanned Director of Operations, Director of Food & Beverage, Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, and Director of Banquets. Michael's initial experience in the industry began at Forest City Ratner Companies as Director of Food & Beverage from 2002 to 2006.
