Randi Alt

Randi Alt, CMP, currently serves as the Senior Area Sales Manager for Hotel Jerome and Madeline Hotel & Residences at Auberge Resorts Collection, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Randi accumulated extensive experience at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, progressing through various positions from Banquet Manager to Associate Director of Sales over a span of twelve years, earning Manager of the Quarter recognition in 2012. Randi began a career at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC as a Meetings and Special Events Coordinator and was recognized as Employee of the Year in 2009. Earlier experience includes a role as Housekeeping Supervisor at Kohler Co. Randi holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality and Recreation Management from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, completed in 2007.
