Sarah Rahl

Sarah Rahl is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in bartending and coaching. Currently serving as the Estate Lead Bartender at Auberge Resorts Collection since March 2022, Sarah has previously held lead bartender positions at Proper Hospitality and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. With additional experience as Beverage Manager at ELM Restaurant Group and server roles at Barton Creek Resort & Spa and The Landing Restaurant, Sarah has honed exceptional customer service and multitasking skills in high-pressure environments. Additionally, Sarah has coaching experience in lacrosse at various educational institutions, which developed leadership and planning abilities. Sarah holds a BA in Graphic Design from the University of Lynchburg.
