Elcio Zanatta has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Elcio founded Aubergine Kitchen in 2014 and has been the CEO since then. In 2011, they founded EOZ Business, where they served as CEO until August 2022, helping US companies do business in Brazil. From 2006 to 2010, they were the Managing Director of Chima Brazilian Steakhouse. Elcio worked as the CEO of IMD Business Prestacao de Servicos Ltda from 1992 to 2007 and as the Sales and Delivery Director at FranklinCovey Brazil from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant at FranklinCovey from 2001 to 2004.

Elcio Zanatta has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Industrial Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, graduating in 1981. Elcio then went on to complete an MBA at IMD in 1986. In 1999, Zanatta pursued further Executive Education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, focusing on Leading and Managing Change. Most recently, in 2012, they completed another Executive Education program at Harvard Business School, focusing on Launching a New Venture.
