Nicolas Sablon

Nicolas Sablon currently serves as the Director of Compensation & Benefits and International Human Resources at Aubert & Duval, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Nicolas accumulated extensive experience at Eramet from April 2011 to January 2023, where positions included HR Manager for Aubert et Duval Issoire, HRD of Grande Côte Operations in Mineral Sands, and Human Resources Manager for the Mining Division, among others. Earlier career highlights include serving as HR Programs Manager and HR Processes Manager at ALSTOM from December 2006 to May 2011, HR Manager & Compensation & Benefits Europe at TCL-Thomson Electronics from July 2004 to July 2006, and HR Manager at Thomson Multimedia from 2000 to 2004. Nicolas holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the Institut Supérieur du Commerce, as well as a Maîtrise in Management & Gestion des Entreprises from the Université de Clermont-Ferrand. Additionally, Nicolas is pursuing a law degree at Université de Poitiers.
