Kirsty Cook

Kirsty Cook serves as the Chief Operations and Product Officer at Aubilities since July 2025. Previously, Kirsty held the position of Global Director Neuroinclusion Services at auticon from October 2021 to July 2025, where Kirsty was instrumental in developing and implementing neurodiversity inclusion programs globally. From February 2018 to December 2022, Kirsty worked as the Head of Neurodiversity Consulting-UK at auticon, where Kirsty identified market opportunities and delivered training to enhance the neurodiversity inclusion culture for various notable clients. Kirsty’s earlier roles at auticon include International Job Coach and Lead Job Coach, contributing to the support of autistic IT consultants. Additional experience includes serving as a Board Trustee at West Kent Mind and working in senior account management in the communications industry. Kirsty holds a BA Hons in Journalism from Solent University and several other qualifications related to psychology, coaching, and journalism.
