Jason Melby currently serves as a Shipping Coordinator and previously held the title of Fabrication Area Lead at Aubright since March 2023. Prior to this, Jason was the Manufacturing Manager at Nova Flex LED from October 2015 to September 2022, where responsible for scaling production from $3 million to $16 million and achieving a shipping accuracy rate of 95% within four days. Jason's experience also includes roles as Operations Manager and Production Associate at UV Concepts LLC (October 2011 - October 2015) and a long tenure at Dungarvin Minnesota Inc (May 1993 - September 2011), taking on various positions from Program Counselor to Live-In Coordinator. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Saint Cloud State University, attended from 1985 to 1992, and graduated from Little Falls Community High School in 1985.
