Crystal Crowley Bsn

Crystal (Root) Crowley has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Crystal is currently serving as the Director of Nursing at Auburn Community Hospital since March 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as an RN ED & ICU educator and Stroke Coordinator at the same hospital from March 2021 to March 2022.

From 2020 to 2021, Crystal worked as an Instructor at Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca, and they also served as an ICU RN Supervisor from April 2020 to March 2021.

Before joining Cayuga Medical Center, Crystal held the position of Clinical Leader/Manager at Auburn Community Hospital from February 2016 to April 2020.

Crystal'sjourney in the healthcare field started at Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca in 2001, where they initially worked as an LPN from January 2001 to May 2011. Crystal then transitioned to the role of an RN and worked in that capacity from May 2011 to October 2016.

Crystal (Root) Crowley BSN, RN has a diverse education history. Crystal began their educational journey in 1983 at Odessa Montour Central School, where they obtained their high school diploma. In 2001, Crystal attended SCT Boces and earned a diploma in Practical Nursing, Vocational Nursing, and Nursing Assistants. Crystal then furthered their education at Corning Community College from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained an AAS degree in Nursing. Crystal is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Nursing Administration at Western Governors University, expected to be completed in 2022.
