Jason Fletcher started their work experience as a Controller at Ashley Manor in April 2001. Jason worked in this role until August 2014. In August 2014, they joined Auburn Crest Hospice as President. In their role as President, they coordinated, developed, and mentored teams to provide dignified and joyful end-of-life care for patients. Jason focused on financial training, continued education, and excellence in their teams.
Jason Fletcher earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Brigham Young University, where they attended from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications including the Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Administrator (CHPCA) from the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association in December 2017, and the Idaho Residential Care Administrator certification from the State of Idaho Bureau of Occupational Licensing in December 2007.
