Abdelaal Shehata

Abdelaal Shehata is a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) candidate in Plant Pathology at Auburn University, focusing on plant virus infections in legume crops in Alabama. Previously, as a Fulbright Master's student at Auburn University, Abdelaal documented significant findings on orthotospoviruses, particularly the protein localization behavior of the Soybean Vein Necrosis Virus and Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus. Additionally, Abdelaal serves as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Assiut University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Plant Pathology from the same institution.
