Susan McCallister

Susan McCallister has built a robust career in campus safety and compliance, currently serving as an Associate at D. Stafford & Associates, LLC since July 2019, where expertise includes consulting on the Clery Act and instructing compliance training. In tandem, Susan has held the position of Director of Campus Safety & Compliance at Auburn University since July 2003, focusing on safety-related compliance programs and participating in various safety teams, including the Threat Assessment Team and Sexual Assault Response Task Force. Previous roles at Auburn University encompassed Associate Director positions in Public Safety Information & Education and Safety & Health, as well as Occupational Safety and Health Program Manager and Assistant Radiation Safety Officer. Educational achievements include a Graduate Certificate in Emergency Management and a Master’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering, both from Auburn University.
