Elaine Dillon

Elaine Dillon is an experienced professional in human resources, having held various roles including People & Capability Business Partner at Auckland Airport and People & Culture Business Partner at Detmold Group. Elaine has also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner (Contractor) and previously served in multiple HR roles at Fisher & Paykel Appliances, including Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisor. Prior to these positions, Elaine gained experience as an HR Advisor at The New Zealand Institute for Plant & Food Research Ltd. Elaine holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in English Studies and Film & Media Studies from the University of Stirling.
