Jodine Mills is an accomplished retail operations professional with extensive experience in management roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Retail Operations & Performance Manager at Auckland Airport since January 2022, Jodine oversees the retail business within domestic and international terminals. Prior to this, Jodine held multiple positions at Kiwi Property, including Digital Portfolio and BCP Manager, where responsibilities encompassed agile governance frameworks and business continuity management, as well as roles in risk assessment and development coordination. Jodine's previous tenure at Scentre Group involved leadership in customer experience delivery and risk management across the New Zealand portfolio, while earlier experience at Westfield NZ Limited focused on administration management and shopping centre operations.
