Karl Fitzpatrick

Karl Fitzpatrick is an experienced BIM Manager at Auckland Airport since May 2017, overseeing the strategy to digitize built assets within a $2 billion capital development program. Previously, Karl worked at AW2 Architects as an Architect and BIM Coordinator from April 2011 to April 2017, focusing on large-scale healthcare and commercial projects while establishing a cloud-based collaboration platform. Earlier roles include Brand Development Manager at Blenheim Indoor Sports and Graduate Architect at Fitzpatrick Architecture, along with experience as an Assistant Architect at DAT arkkitehdit Oy. Karl began the architectural career as an Architectural Designer at Design HQ from 2004 to 2009, and holds a BArch(Hons) in Architecture from Victoria University of Wellington.
