Simon Bridges, currently serving as the Board Chair for NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi and CC Group NZ, along with the Chief Executive Officer of Auckland Business Chamber, has a notable parliamentary career as a Member of Parliament for Tauranga from November 2008 to July 2022. During this time, Simon held various significant positions including Leader of the Opposition and Senior Cabinet Minister, with roles such as Minister for Economic Development, Minister of Transport, and Minister of Labour.
