Julio Bin is a seasoned professional in the fields of systems innovation and sustainable development, currently serving as the Lead Systems Innovator for Healthy Families at Auckland Council since October 2023, focusing on food system change. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Systems Innovator and Systems Innovation Lead at The Southern Initiative, where Julio aimed to ensure access to good food for all in Aotearoa New Zealand. Julio's diverse background encompasses consultancy roles in sustainable business development, advisory positions with organizations like the Global Ecotourism Network, and leadership as the Founder and CEO of Gecko Consulting. Julio holds a Master's level PG Cert in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge and has pursued various educational endeavors related to sustainability and cultural proficiency.
