Kathy Nio-Aporo has over 18 years of experience in solution delivery and service transition management at Auckland Council, where responsibilities include test management, training management, and organizational change management since November 2010. Kathy has held various roles, including Solution Delivery Service Transition Manager, Acting Testing & Training Organisation Change Lead, Change and Release Manager, and Team Leader for Change and Release. Prior to Auckland Council, Kathy worked at Waitakere Library & Information Services as Administration & Support Manager from April 2005 to November 2010.
