Richard Pollock

Richard Pollock is an experienced management professional with a strong background in continuous improvement, business systems, and process management. Currently serving as Manager of Business Systems & Processes at Auckland Council since February 2019, Richard leads a high-performing team responsible for system integration analysis, project delivery, and change management within the Park & Community Facilities department.
