Jake Cannan

Jake Cannan is a Senior Transport Planner at Auckland Transport since December 2017, focusing on leading the development of business cases for strategic projects and securing Waka Kotahi funding approval. Previously, Jake held various roles at Auckland Transport, including Transport Planner, Graduate Planner in the North West team, and Graduate Safe Systems Advisor, where contributions were made towards the implementation of Vision Zero principles and supporting infrastructure development. Prior experience includes a Planning Intern position at the NZ Transport Agency, dealing with Land Use Development applications. Jake Cannan holds a Bachelor of Urban Planning (Hons) from The University of Auckland.
