Sila Auvaa

Sila Auvaa is an experienced professional with a strong background in programme and change management. Currently serving as Programme Manager at Auckland Transport, Sila Auvaa also operates a consultancy focused on change management. Previously, Sila Auvaa held the role of Business Excellence Programme Manager in Planning and Performance at Auckland Council and was the BMS Transition Manager and Business Performance Manager at Visionstream NZ. Additionally, Sila Auvaa has contributed as a Board Member for the New Zealand Institute of Sport.
