Warren Nagel

Warren Nagel is currently the Metro Operations Lead at Auckland Transport, a position held since November 2019. Prior to this role, Warren served as the Head of Consumer Technical at Vocus Group New Zealand from September 2016 to August 2019 and worked at Orcon in various capacities between July 2011 and August 2016, including Assurance Team Manager and Senior Residential Support Engineer. Warren's experience encompasses fault management, technical support, and staff training, along with responsibilities in optimizing departmental operations and assisting with customer service processes. Warren's educational background includes attendance at Rangitoto College from 2001 to 2004.
