Lydia Coetzee

Lydia Coetzee is currently the People Operations Lead at Tātaki Auckland Unlimited, where she implements organisational and transformation initiatives. She previously worked as a People & Culture Consultant at Regional Facilities Auckland, an Organisational Development Business Partner at Cognition Education Ltd, and a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Watercare Services Limited. Lydia also has experience as a Human Resources & OD Consultant at Centered and as the Head Of Human Resources at Oracle. Throughout her career, Lydia has demonstrated strong leadership in implementing change management initiatives and driving strategic culture, capability, and engagement initiatives. She has a Coaching Certification from UCT Graduate School of Business and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Pretoria.
