Ash Knowles

Ash Knowles is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Auctane since July 2025. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Bazaarvoice from August 2016 to July 2025, where responsibilities encompassed directing client success for enterprise retailers and managing significant client portfolios with a focus on user-generated content strategies and operational efficiencies. Ash Knowles began a career in network development at GLG, successfully overseeing recruitment strategies for major accounts and managing teams. Earlier roles include admissions positions at Florida Southern College and All Saints' Academy, as well as instructional roles at the University of South Florida. Ash Knowles holds a B.A. in French and Political Science from Furman University and an M.A. in French Literature from the University of South Florida.
