Rachel Hornak-Gunn has held a variety of roles in their professional career, beginning in 2008 when they worked as an Instructor for George Washington University Campus Recreation and a Game Entertainment for Monumental Sports & Entertainment. In 2010, they worked as an Educator for lululemon athletica and a Sales and Marketing Specialist for LivingSocial, where they were responsible for identifying businesses within new markets in order to drive business for customers. In 2011, Rachel worked as a Marketing Coordinator for the Department of Athletics at the University of Pittsburgh and a Special Programs Coordinator for the Graduate School of Public Health. In 2019, they were an MBA Marketing Strategy Intern for Verizon, where they were charged with customer segmentation and strategic analysis. In 2020, Rachel worked as a Customer Success Manager and Program Manager for Persado, where they drove implementation of marketing creative/content generation and cross-channel testing, as well as guided marketing test processes and omni-channel integrations. Currently, Rachel is a Manager and Customer Success Manager for Relo Metrics.
Rachel Hornak-Gunn has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business, which they obtained in 2020. Her field of study was Marketing, Organizational Behavior, and Business Technologies.
