Bj Winkler

BJ Winkler is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in program management and customer experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Executive PMO at Auctane, BJ oversees strategic initiatives aimed at generating significant revenue growth. Previous roles at Auctane included Sr. Director of Customer Experience, where BJ managed a global support team and led a digital transformation initiative. BJ's tenure at WP Engine encompassed various leadership positions, including Sr. Director of Enterprise Deployments, where operational rollouts of high-value agreements were executed, and a focus on enhancing the customer experience for major clients. Early career experiences at Rackspace Hosting involved data integrity analysis and team leadership in customer support operations, complemented by marketing management and educational roles at Valero Alamo Bowl and Kids Sports Network. BJ holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas Lutheran University.
