Ricky Rivera

Ricky Rivera is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in software development and team management. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Auctane since January 2020, Ricky directs strategic technical vision and oversees a team of up to 15 engineers while managing over 150 integrations across various systems. Previously, Ricky held the position of Principal Software Engineer at Civitas Learning, where responsibilities included design, development, and cost-saving initiatives. Ricky's earlier experience includes roles at Digital River, Journey Education Marketing, and internships with HubSpot and FAST Search & Transfer, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
