Wiola Kinach is an experienced IT Recruiter with a diverse background in recruitment and employer branding. Currently serving as an IT Recruiter (RPO) at Auctane and a Member/IT Recruiter at Talent Place since May 2025, Wiola has previously held significant roles at 4soft, where responsibilities included overseeing the hiring process and managing recruitment for various technical positions.
