David Hotchkiss

David Hotchkiss has a diverse work experience. David started their career in 2005 as an Account Executive at New Century Mortgage. David then worked as a Residential Retail Asset Manager at Old Republic Title from 2007 to 2009. After that, they served as a Residential Auction Asset Manager at Chase from 2009 to 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Fannie Mae in the Alternative Dispositions, REO and Foreclosure Auctions division. In 2014, they joined Auction.com, where they held various roles including Vice President of Residential Portfolio Management until January 2020. Currently, they are associated with Hotchkiss Deliveries. Always On Time. as a Birth Doula, starting in February 2021.

David Hotchkiss obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas. David attended this institution from 2001 to 2004.
