Jacqueline McWilliams has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2006 when they worked as a Curatorial Intern and Fine Arts Consultant at the Pittsburgh Center for the Arts. In 2010, they worked as a Nonprofit Coordinator at LUMINARI, Inc. and an Assistant Curator at Galerie Lareuse. In 2012, they began working at the Metropolitan Opera as a Coordinator for Institutional Relations. In 2014, they worked as a Charitable Relationship Associate at the University of Pittsburgh. In 2015, they became the Manager of Taproom Operations at Hitchhiker Brewing Co. In 2017, they became the Institutional Giving Manager at The Drama League. Most recently, in 2020, they have been working as a Strategic Account Executive and Account Executive at Auction Mobility.

Jacqueline McWilliams obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theirtory of Art and Architecture from the University of Pittsburgh between 2005 and 2009. During this time, they also obtained a Certificate in Theirtory of Art & Architecture and French Language from L'Université Paris-Sorbonne (Paris IV) in 2007. In 2009, they also obtained a Western European Studies: European Union Centre of Excellence from the University of Pittsburgh. In 2014, they obtained an Introduction to Planned Giving from the Sharpe Group.
