Jaco Marais is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational management and business development. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Auction Nation and Business Development Executive at Salvage Management & Disposals (Pty) Ltd, Jaco has demonstrated expertise in planning, designing, and implementing operational systems. Previous roles include Business Analyst Lead and Project Manager at Salvage Management and Disposals (Pty) Ltd - Barloworld, and Managing Director and Founder of KaChing Parking, where Jaco grew the client base to over 40,000. Additional experience includes co-founding the Innovation Lounge, working as a Distribution Planner at Absa, and serving as Supply Chain Manager at Umthombo Technologies. Jaco holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Honours in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Industrial Engineering, both from the University of Pretoria.
