Fiona Chan

Director, Marketing at Aucto

Fiona Chan is the current Director of Marketing at Aucto. Prior to their current position, Fiona was the Senior Manager of International Prospect Marketing at American Express from September 2014 to July 2021. In this role, Fiona was responsible for developing monthly campaign and lead generation reports for senior management, as well as close monitoring of campaign spending versus return on investment. Fiona also has experience working with other staff members within a company to improve on all lead generation marketing materials such as direct mail pieces, email, banner ads, landing pages, SEO tied to campaigns and pay per click searches.

Before their time at American Express, Fiona was the Director of Marketing Campaigns and Programs at WinMagic from September 2012 to September 2014. In this role, Fiona was responsible for defining and implementing multiple global marketing campaigns, developing underlying marketing programs and processes including a channel strategy with a strong focus on highly effective lead generation. Fiona also developed associated marketing collateral together with product marketing and provided campaign platform in time to field marketing for local implementation.

Fiona has a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive sales. With their experience in managing budgets, developing marketing programs, and overseeing all aspects of a campaign, Fiona is an excellent leader who knows how to get results.

Fiona Chan has a Masters of Business Administratration from the Schulich School of Business - York University and a BBA from the University of Toronto.
