Lucy Benson is an experienced marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Communications and Head Varsity Swim Coach at Sanford School since July 2022. Previous positions include Web Manager at Running Bear Sports Ltd, Social Media Manager at Run Moore, and Lead Teacher at Becky Adlington's SwimStars. Additionally, Lucy has held roles as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Gauge Digital Media, Marketing Director at Bytelion.com, and Marketing and Social Media Associate at Wilmington Montessori School. Lucy's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in History, Spanish Language and Literature, with an Art Minor from McDaniel College, and further studies at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
