Marc Fluvià Gracia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Marc is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Auctree since February 2021. Before starting Auctree, Marc worked at Goldman Sachs from January 2018 to January 2021. Marc began as an Analyst in the MBD Real Estate division from January to December 2018 and then transitioned to the role of Associate in the same division from December 2018 to January 2021. Prior to this, Marc worked at Riereta Equities as a Real Estate Investing professional from March 2016 to December 2017. Marc also gained experience in Equity Investing at Green Eagle Value C.I. from November 2015 to December 2017. Marc's earlier experience includes working in Project Finance at SunEdison from January to October 2015 and completing a Summer Internship at Procter & Gamble from July to September 2013.
Marc Fluvià Gracia began their education journey in 2009 at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where they pursued a degree in Civil Engineering (Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos). Marc completed this degree program in 2013. In the same year, Marc participated in an exchange program at the Université catholique de Louvain, studying Civil Engineering. From 2013 to 2015, they took individual courses at The Wharton School. Continuing their educational pursuits, Marc joined the CFA Institute in 2015 to obtain the Chartered Financial Analyst certification. Currently, there is no information available regarding the end year for their studies at the CFA Institute.

Creditors (i.e. International investment funds) who buy portfolios of non-performing loans & target IRRs of 8.5% need Auctree because they are forced to repossess the property, which extends recovery times by c.2 years and increases cost by 10-15%. Using Auctree, they can recover their investment before repossession, saving both time & cost, as well as increasing their IRR. Buyers (i.e. Consumers, or Retail Investors) benefit by using Auctree as our platform allows for anybody to engage with these opportunities by i) providing widespread visibility (our platform is open to anybody) and ii) simplifying the purchase process (we remove complexity by providing turn-key solutions to buyers).
