At Auctus Coaching, we love helping mortgage and finance brokers grow their business through creating and implementing solid, repeatable and scalable systems to free you up for the business growth you're looking for.

Former broker and now director and head coach at Auctus, Christian Paterson knows first-hand how easy it can be to fall into burnout mode. Long hours, high staff turnover, unhappy customers and team members and never feeling like you can step away from your desk or phone.

We are here to help you realise that there IS a better way.

Auctus Coaching helps brokers to:
- Implement and optimise their CRM (we are SalesTrekker certified)
- Streamline internal business processes that take the pressure off your team
- Achieve better turnaround times because you're not leaking resources
- Cultivate a happy team atmosphere through training and leadership coaching (lowering your attrition rates)
- Ensure happier customers who consistently send new referrals your way
- Take time away from your business knowing it's all in safe hands
- Create a saleable asset that you can grow and sell in the future

We do this through the Auctus 4 Pillars of Success:

1. Strategy - Start with the end in mind. Identify your goals and map out the path to get you there.
2. Workflows and CRM - Work out which repeatable processes can be automated and how your team (and your technology) can run more efficiently. The right CRM should help you run your broker business with ease, capturing and nurturing new leads as well as helping to win repeat business from existing customers.
3. Communication - Having a clear, consistent and targeted brand message is key to building trust with your clients. This spans every interaction with them from the initial contact form, to the post settlement email.
4. Training and Development - The right support team becomes your secret weapon in growth and sustainability for your business.
