Jeremy Yau is a Senior Digital Workplace Engineering Manager at Audax Technology, responsible for IT Asset Management and vendor collaboration since September 2022. Previously, Jeremy served as a Deskside Engineer/Site Lead for APAC Regional IT at eBay, focusing on executive support, and held leadership roles at Trust Bank overseeing digital workplace operations and system maintenance. With extensive experience in service delivery at eBay and BNY Mellon managing service desk teams across the APAC region, Jeremy has demonstrated expertise in user support, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Jeremy holds a Bachelor's degree in Counselor Education from Northumbria University and a Specialist Diploma in Workplace Counselling from ACC Institute of Human Services.
