Bradley Patton

Bradley Patton is the Managing Director at Audax Group. Bradley has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on capital markets and syndicated finance.

Bradley started their career as an intern at Bank of America in the Retail Banking and Corporate & Commercial Banking divisions. Bradley then went on to work as an underwriter for Middle Market Credit Products. In 2003, they joined BMO Capital Markets as an Associate in the Leveraged & Syndicated Finance group.

In 2007, Bradley joined American Capital as Vice President of Loan Syndications & Debt Capital Markets. Bradley was with American Capital for 10 years, until joining Varagon Capital Partners in 2017 as Managing Director of Capital Markets. Bradley has been with Audax Group since December 2021.

Bradley Patton has a certification from the NASD in Series 7 and 63. Bradley is no longer active in this field.
