Keith Palumbo

Keith is a Managing Director for Audax Private Equity, based in Boston. Since joining Audax in 2000, Keith has been involved with more than 40 of Audax' platform companies. Prior to joining Audax, Keith was with DLJ Merchant Banking Partners where he worked on private equity investments and, to a lesser extent, equity-oriented mezzanine investments. Prior to working at DLJ, Keith worked at Chemical Banking Corporation.

Keith received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S. from Lehigh University.
