Hayden Kucharski

Hayden Kucharski is an experienced finance professional specializing in portfolio valuation and analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Audax Private Equity since May 2021, Hayden has held previous roles as an Associate within the same department. Prior to Audax, Hayden worked at HarbourVest Partners from September 2018 to May 2021, progressing from Portfolio Data Analyst to Senior Portfolio Data Analyst. Additionally, Hayden gained valuable experience as an Investment Analyst Intern at the College of the Holy Cross and started a career as a Lifeguard at Montclair Beach Club, Inc. Hayden holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross, obtained in 2018.
