Mireia Verdaguer

Mireia Verdaguer is the Head of Legal Department at Audax Renovables. Mireia has extensive experience in providing legal advice to the business, preparing various corporate documentation, negotiating commercial contracts, handling administrative procedures, and leading a legal team. Prior to this role, Mireia worked as an Abogada at BARDON GRUP ABOGADOS SLP, where Mireia defended insured individuals and insurance companies in insurance and civil liability law matters. Mireia also gained experience as an Abogada en prácticas at Bufete Ortiz de Arcos and completed an internship at Ajuntament de Sabadell in the field of urban planning. Mireia holds a Postgraduate Degree in Compliance, a Posgrado in Corporate Legal Practice, and a degree in Law.
