During their time at Wellington Technologies, Jeff was responsible for managing complex projects, training and servicing customer field engineers, and analyzing parts usage and service ticket trends. Following their tenure at Wellington Technologies, Jeff joined Audax Solutions as a Solutions Integrity Manager, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Operations. At Audax Solutions, they focused on delivering multi-vendor support and designing solutions for customers to achieve maximum value from their IT investments. Overall, Jeff has a wealth of experience in IT operations, project management, technical support, and customer service.
Jeff Clauss attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1994 to 1997, where they studied Workforce Education & Development. Prior to that, they attended The University of Akron from 1986 to 1988, majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
