Tom Birch

Tom Birch has worked in the radio industry since 1978, when they founded Birch Research Corporation. Tom served as Chairman/CEO of Birch Research Corporation and Birch Scarborough Research Corp until 2005, when they became Owner/CEO of Lakes Media LLC. In 2018, they took on the role of Director at Media Services Group, Inc. and in 2021, they became Director at Auddia Inc. Throughout their career, Birch has been instrumental in the turnaround of Simmons, where they were Partner/CFO from 2001-03, and in the growth of Birch Research Corporation, which employed more than 1,200 people nationwide and maintained sales offices in five major cities.

Tom Birch completed their Bachelor of Science in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University in 1974. In February 2019, they obtained a Certified Radio Marketing Professional certification from the Radio Advertising Bureau.
