Cendrine Nikiel

Cendrine NIKIEL currently serves as the Directrice des ressources humaines at Imagreen, a role assumed in March 2024, focusing on ecological transition alongside businesses and communities. Concurrently, Cendrine holds the position of Directrice des ressources humaines at Auddicé since October 2022, facilitating positive transitions toward sustainability. Since March 2020, Cendrine has also been a municipal and community advisor for Goeulzin and served as the Responsable du pôle « emploi et développement des compétences » and Responsable du développement des ressources humaines at ANCTerritoires from January 2020 to October 2022. Previous experience includes leadership in human resources at Epareca, managing workforce in critical neighborhood commerce renovation projects, and consultancy roles at SODIE and Randstad. Cendrine holds advanced degrees in Human Resources Management and Social Law from University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
