Sophie Paluch

Sophie Paluch has a diverse work experience in various roles within the media and entertainment industry. Sophie currently works at Auddy as a Podcast Acquisition and Partnerships Manager, where they focus on expanding the company's podcast network and ensuring fair deals for creators. Prior to this, Sophie worked as a Director at Blueprint Pods, the UK's first independent plugging service for podcasts, where they helped clients strategically place their talent on suitable podcasts. Sophie also worked at Podimo as part of the Creator and Publisher Relations team. Sophie has experience in artist management and coordination, as they previously worked at Echo Beach Management as a Producer Co-ordinator and at Decibelle - Music Management as a Creative Assistant. Additionally, they have freelanced in various roles such as Artist Liaison, Stage Manager, Tour Manager, and Promoter Rep. Sophie's earlier experience includes working as a Technologist (Video Content) at City University London and as a Publicist, Artist Liaison, and Promoter Rep at Southern Hospitailty.

Sophie Paluch obtained a PG Dip in Digital Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing starting in 2011.
