Linda Summers is a seasoned executive with over 27 years of experience in executive search, focusing on the Beauty, Fashion, and Luxury sectors. Currently serving as Director & Head of Practice for Beauty, Fashion & Luxury at Audeliss since March 2025, Linda plays a critical role in promoting diversity in executive leadership. Additionally, Linda holds the position of Board Advisor for Executive Talent & Strategic Partnerships at AllBright since July 2023. Prior to these roles, Linda was the Global Managing Partner at PartnerWise and Principal at True Search, where responsibilities included leading senior leadership searches across EMEA. Linda's earlier career included significant positions at The MBS Group, enhancing expertise in board consultancy and research. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from The College of Law, London, and a BSc(Hons) in History from the University of Surrey.
