Coralie Egger has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Coralie began their career as a lawyer and account manager at the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA. Following this, they held roles as an avocate and conseillère juridique at Etat de Vaud, and later as the présidente suppléante at Tribunal de première instance at Etat de Neuchâtel.

In 2011, Coralie transitioned to the field of human resources, starting as an HR site manager and specialist at Nexans. Coralie then moved to the Swatch Group, where they served as an HR group partner and employment legal counsel. After that, they took on the role of head of human resources at Chocolats Camille Bloch.
