Hiba Hajri is a seasoned professional in client relationship management and event coordination within the luxury sector. Currently serving as the Lead CRM Coordinator at Audemars Piguet since February 2022, Hiba has previously held key positions at Louis Vuitton, where development of data insights and implementation of strategic action plans for client retention were major responsibilities from September 2020 to February 2022. Additional experience includes working as a High Jewelry Special Orders Product Manager Assistant at Boucheron and a Client Development & Retail Marketing Assistant at CHANEL, where Hiba contributed to CRM initiatives and event execution.
