Nicolas Baudry

Nicolas Baudry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Manager Project Interface at Audemars Piguet since January 2014, Nicolas previously held roles such as Continuous Improvement Engineer and Plant Performance Manager Deputy at Ferring Pharmaceuticals. Early career experience includes positions as a Consultant in Lean Manufacturing at Elitys and Value Stream Manager at Parker Hannifin, where the focus was on enhancing productivity and customer service. Nicolas holds an Engineering degree in Mechanical and Lean Manufacturing from Polytech Annecy-Chambéry and completed a RSPI degree at TETRAS - Annecy le Vieux.
