Ryan Gavin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Service for Audemars Piguet in the Americas since June 2024, Ryan previously held multiple positions at PCX Corporation between October 2017 and June 2024, including Plant Manager and Director of Operations, overseeing the production of modular power solutions. Ryan's military background includes roles such as Brigade Executive Officer and Battalion Commander in the North Carolina National Guard and various leadership positions in the US Army, managing operations and strategic initiatives. Education includes an MBA from North Carolina State University and a BS in Political Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
